Frequently Asked Questions & Care
Sizing Details
The cocoon robes are made from a one piece pattern that is cut from a single piece of fabric. The width of the fabric piece used is 60-64 inches and the finished garment is the same width at waist and hip. The draping allows the garment to fit up to a size 18 I calculate the height by using average length from sternal notch to floor on my mannequin. sometimes depending on your body shape the length can vary by a few inches. I tend allow a bit more length than risk the robe being too short.
Care Instructions
The velvet I use is polyester and spandex and the faur fur is 100% polyester. The robes can be machine washed on a cool delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry DO NOT PUT IN DRYER!! The fur can be refluffed if needed by combing and a cool hairdryer setting. If your fur is a little squashed when you receive your robe due to shipping you can fluff it with a hair dryer on cool.
